With the kind of knowledge that comes with more than 30 years of successfully working with clients in the industrial field, Susan entered the Real Estate profession in 2003. She has handled many complicated real estate transactions including a New Bedford mill complex. In this challenging Real Estate market Susan currently handles many bank short sales and does so with ease.

Susan is proud of the fact that she has great knowledge of today’s current industry standards and ever changing market trends. She believes that continuing education is one of the keys to her success. The courses she has completed include WHALE Certified Historic House Specialist (HHS), Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), along with several Graduate Real Estate Institute Courses GRI 101, 102, 201, and 301. Most recently Susan has received the LMC- Loss Mitigation Certification Designation.
