Pauline Teixeira is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She holds the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and W.H.A.L.E. (Waterfront Historic Area League) Certified Historic House Specialist designations, an Accredited Buyers Representative, she is a member of both the Massachusetts Association of Realtors as well as the Greater New Bedford Board of Realtors. Pauline serves as liaison, for the corporation, to GMAC and ADA (Area Development Alliance), which is the regional chapter of GMAC Real Estate Offices encompassing the Greater Boston area, South Shore, Cape and Islands and the SouthCoast. She sits on the Board of Directors of The Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors.

Other credentials include a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UMass Dartmouth, and Certification as a Pension Specialist from the National Institute of Banking in Fairfield, CT. Her experience includes pension and branch management and 5 years as an instructor in the Business Technologies Department at Bristol Community College. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of Friends Academy in North Dartmouth, MA from 1996 -2003 the last four years as Treasurer. A native of New Bedford, Ms. Teixeira has resided in Fairhaven for 25 years with her husband, David, and their son, Alex.
